Japan plans certifications for data centers, cloud services to curb China risk TOKYO -- Japan will establish a system to certify the security of data centers and cloud services, aiming to encourage the use of secure technology in such fields as finance and healthcare while blocking the risk posed by China, Russia and other countries of concern, Nikkei has learned.
